Brand new 🛒 Robert Sorby 862H – Micro Spindle Gouge 1/8″ (3mm) ❤️

This popular range of Micro Turning tools embodies the craftsmanship resplendent in Robert Sorby’s world renowned full size tools. The unique sizes and profiles in this series have been adapted to provide the flexibility and control essential for detail work. These tools are ideal for working on smaller lathes where the handle of a normal size tool might encounter the lathe bed during some operations.

This tool comes into its own for extra fine spindle work on small turning projects. A great companion for the larger but equally adept ¼” Micro Spindle Gouge. Both these tools are ideal for making miniature furniture pieces. See Iulia Chin’s work in Tool and Techniques.
